If Capsule Skateboards faces any legal action, claims, demands, or lawsuits from third parties alleging copyright, trademark, or patent infringement based on the Content you uploaded, you agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Capsule Skateboards Ltd, its owners, and employees. 

This means you will be strictly liable for paying all damages, settlements, court costs, and reasonable legal/attorneys' fees incurred by Capsule Skateboards Ltd as a result of such infringement. Capsule Skateboards Ltd reserves the right to refuse and refund any order that appears to violate intellectual property laws at our sole discretion.
